Thirteen volunteers turned out for today’s Edogawa River clean up event and collected 68 bags of trash. We dodged a typhoon by moving the regular 3rd Saturday event to Sunday and had great weather all day. We cleaned two areas, both of which were very dirty from last month’s big typhoon. We pretty much cleaned the first area but only got about 1/2 the trash at the second area. Still more work to be done there, but every month we keep choppin’ at it.
