Twenty-four volunteers collected 88 bags of trash on the Arakawa today. It was absolutely beautiful weather, and there were lots of newcomers, many expressing surprise at how much trash there was. Our new TRF banner also debuted today. In the sunset photo, you can see our results from last week on the left and today’s results on the right. For the first time in quite some time, one of the participants passed out some beers and some remaining people enjoyed the sunset with their Asahi cans. Including the Edogawa results yesterday, it was a “power weekend” with 106 bags collected on the 2 events this weekend. Mina-san otsukaresama desu!
