There was a big turnout with big results today on the Arakawa River. Twenty-five volunteers turned out and collected 114 bags of trash. It was a little on the cold side but not too bad. The grass cutting next to the Tozai Line Bridge had uncovered a lot of trash, so it was some easy pickings today. We’ll continue to work on that area for the next several months. There is only another 400-500 meters of cleaning until we reach the endpoint that meets Tokyo Bay.
