Fourteen ecowarriors turned out for today’s Edogawa River Clean Up event. We did a rather difficult section of the Tokyo side in the vicinity of the new Myoden Bridge (on both sides). There is a lot of tall grass there, so this area is best done in the winter months when the grass is dead. Overall the area wasn’t so dirty, so it was difficult to collect a lot of bags, but a trash mound left by a homeless person resulted in about 25 bags. I included some photos taken by other members as well, including some nice before and after pictures.
