In the second event of a weekend double header, 10 volunteers turned out for yesterday’s Arakawa River clean up event and collected 124 bags of trash. The weather was great but a bit hot. All participants were regular members. Even though it was a very dirty area the trash was a bit hard to take out of the the freshly cut grass, so it really was a great effort by everyone to exceed 100 bags. Minasan, otsukaresama!
